Sta-Sof-Fro’s #WearYou movement forges ahead

African hair fashion brand, Sta-Sof-Fro, recently hosted another edition of its #WearYou seminars in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

“The #WearYou movement is a meeting of the minds of women from all walks of life, with one thing in common – they are real women living in the real world,” said a Sta-Sof-Fro representative. “Sta-Sof-Fro is at the forefront of making sure women are embracing what they are with confidence. The #WearYou seminars aim to celebrate #versatyle women, while imparting and sharing a wealth of knowledge about various topics that affect female students.”

At this most recent seminar, students were given an opportunity to engage in a panel discussion hosted by Nicole Bessick, along with fitness guru Mapule Ndhlovu, Advocate Aurelia Nxumalo (described as ‘a modern day professionalista’), Cheri Yase Kasi (founder Sunshine Shibambo) and TV presenter, musician and producer, Rorisang Thandekiso.

The ladies shared their life stories and unpacked various facets of life. Students got to pick the panelists’ brains during and in-depth Q&A session. Female students received gift bags that consisted of Sta-Sof-Fro products.

“Sta-Sof-Fro continues to break stereotypes and create a dynamic dialogue that allows the #versastyle woman to embrace their personal journeys and truths, reminding all that it’s ok and in fact encouraged to #WearYou. With a complete hair care range that covers the vast majority of hair and beauty needs – from hair treatments and aftercare to skin care – the #WearYou campaign is an extension of what the Sta-Sof-Fro ethos stands for,” said the Sta-Sof-Fro representative.
